The Fountain Inn has been run as one of the South’s most popular alternative venues for almost 5 years. On its journey as a cabaret venue it has picked up several awards including (for 2005, 2006 and 2007) the Best Out Of Town Venue with Brighton’s Golden Handbag Awards, and also several directors awards when entering the annual Brighton Pride Parade. As a pub with a difference The Fountain offers Cabaret, Discos, Live Bands, Quiz Nights and the locally famous themed nights. The Fountain team have hosted and catered for many internal and external functions, from Weddings and Civil Partnerships to Birthdays and Stage Shows. One thing for sure about the Fountain is that no two nights or events are ever the same! 

Craig and Michael, along with the Fountain Team, aim to make everyone feel welcome and hope that everyone enjoys their visit to The Fountain. The two ‘guard’ dogs Sabre and Zena can normally be found lounging around in awkward places waiting to be loved, and as a venue well behaved dogs are most certainly welcome. Quoted as an ‘Oasis’ in a quaint village, The Fountain Inn is definitely a place where you can just walk in and feel at home, whatever your persuasion. We aim to please and hope that this is evident in the venue so many love and through our passionate team.
